John served in a variety of senior posts during his 30-year career at IBM, which included successful stints as CFO, President of IBM Global Services and President of IBM’s Asia-Pacific operations. Following IBM, he served as Managing Director and COO of Silver Lake. John most recently served as the CFO and Vice Chairman of Kony.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Ted has founded and served as CEO of an investment property real estate brokerage firm, a regional hotel chain, a regional office building firm, an international equipment leasing firm and an international private equity firm. He has also served as CEO of Burlingame Bancorp and is currently Executive Director of the Kruttschnitt Foundation.

Dennis recently retired as Global Chairman of PwC after a 42 year career with the firm. As head of one of the largest professional services firms in the world, Dennis is an acknowledged authority on the delivery of professional services to multinational clients and frequently speaks on issues affecting the professional services industry and global capital markets. Dennis also serves on the Board of Morgan Stanley and as Vice Chair and Board member of the US Council for International Business.

Mark serves as the CEO and Managing Director at Andersen Tax, where he leads both the firm’s professional practice and global expansion.

Jared leads Globality’s finance functions. He was previously an investor at Norwest Venture Partners, where he focused on early-stage technology investing. Before investing Jared worked for both established technology companies (Google, Apple) and successful startups (Videosurf, acquired by Microsoft).

Doug is a seasoned sales leader with deep expertise scaling enterprise SaaS and AI platforms. He has led high-performing teams at OpenEnvoy, Coupa, and Salesforce, driving growth across global markets and launching category-defining solutions.

Sonia is passionate about fostering a mission-driven, inclusive culture where all employees can do their best work. Prior to joining Globality, she built and scaled global recruiting and human resources functions at Synack and Upwork. Sonia has been recognized multiple times in Diversity Journal’s Women Worth Watching in Leadership Awards and is a recipient of the Ragan Award which highlights her work supporting women in technology, encouraging a positive workplace environment, and focusing on employee wellness.

A software applications veteran with over 25 years of experience, Keith has a passion for building applications and organizations that perform and scale. From his early days with AT&T Bell Laboratories to his years building out the Oracle Service Cloud, Keith has run and grown diverse, open, and collaborative teams and organizations that continuously innovate while producing applications of the highest quality.

Steve is a seasoned marketing executive with deep experience in growing enterprise SaaS companies. Steve has led high-performance marketing teams at FlexPay, Medallia, and Cision, consistently delivering growth and anchoring category leadership positions.

Scott Belsky is an executive, entrepreneur, author, and investor (and all-around product obsessive). He currently serves as Adobe’s Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of Design & Emerging Products. Scott’s passion is to make the creative world more productive, connected, and adaptive to new technologies. Scott co-founded Behance in 2006, and served as CEO until Adobe acquired Behance in 2012.

Jeff Epstein is an operating partner in the Silicon Valley Office where he leads Bessemer’s CFO Council and helps portfolio company CEOs and CFOs share best practices.

He is the former executive vice president and chief financial officer of Oracle, one of the world’s largest and most profitable technology companies, with a market value of over $200 billion. Prior to joining Oracle, Jeff served as the chief financial officer at several public and private companies, including DoubleClick (acquired by Google), King World Productions (acquired by CBS), and Nielsen’s Media Measurement and Information Group. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker at The First Boston Corporation.

Bob is a founding partner and Chairman Emeritus of Gunderson Dettmer, a global law firm that has been ranked as the #1 Venture Capital law firm for each of the past ten years. Bob, who has extensive experience in financings, M&A and IPOs, currently serves in board or advisory roles for several private companies and investment funds. Bob holds a JD from the University of Chicago, where he was Executive Editor of the law review, and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
